Job description

Overview
Under general supervision and working closely with check clerk lead. Processes data entry transactions. Scanning checks, filing checks, and mailing checks. Performs other clerical duties as requested
Responsibilities
  • Performs scanning of return checks
  • Performs filing of return checks
  • Performs data entry processes into a database
  • Performs assigned tasks and projects
  • Verifies and corrects information,
  • Ensure complete and accurate data entries into system
  • Performs other duties as assigned
  • Processes special and recurring reports
  • Mental qualifications include ability to enter data accurately, prepare reports and maintain records
  • Monitors email boxes, inboxes, and other systems to fulfill requested services

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
  • Will be required to lift up to 10 lbs.
  • Must be able to use a keyboard and sit for extended periods of time. Mental qualifications include ability to follow directions and communicate appropriately and effectively with staff and customers.

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Microsoft Office and Database Systems
  • Knowledge of customer service concepts and practices
  • Knowledge of basic systems as needed
