โ€ข Follow all safety rules for department and entire facility

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
โ€ข Reviews invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment.
โ€ข Processes accounts payable checks according to established procedures.
โ€ข Answers vendor inquiries in a timely manner and works efficiently to resolve issues.
โ€ข Maintains accounts payable reports and files according to established procedures.
โ€ข Assists Corporate Financial Officers as necessary.
โ€ข Assists in monthly closings.
โ€ข Assists in other duties and projects as assigned.
โ€ข Be aware of Recycling Guidelines and Environmental Management Systems Policy (see supervisor if furtherย 
explanation is needed).
