Data Entry Specialist - Privacy Documentation Support
TechOp Solutions International is seeking a detail-oriented Document Scanning and Data Entry Specialist to support DHS. This position will focus on scanning, organizing, labeling, uploading, and entering information from paper and electronic documents.
Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare paper documents for scanning by removing staples, arranging pages, and confirming document order.
  • Name, label, index, and organize electronic files according to established conventions.
  • Upload documents to designated folders, systems, or document repositories.
  • Enter basic document information into spreadsheets, databases, or tracking systems.
  • Compare electronic files with source documents to identify scanning or data-entry errors.
  • Maintain organized paper and electronic work files.
  • Track completed work and report missing, damaged, duplicate, or unreadable documents.
  • Protect sensitive information and follow established document-handling procedures.
  • Meet established accuracy and daily production requirements.
