Five Star Breaktime Solutions is a premier provider of away-from-home convenience services, committed to delivering innovative breaktime solutions that enhance customer experiences.
We are seeking an Office Administrator / Data Entry Clerk to support daily branch operations by maintaining accurate records, assisting with administrative tasks, and providing excellent customer service to internal teams, customers, and vendors.
This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with databases, spreadsheets, and office systems. As a key member of the administrative team, you will help ensure operational information is entered accurately and office functions run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Accurately enter and maintain operational data within company databases and internal systems.
Verify information by comparing digital entries with source documents to ensure accuracy.
Update and maintain records related to route orders, service requests, and operational activities.
Input route orders and assist with processing service documentation.
Retrieve data and reports from databases or electronic files when requested.
Sort, file, and organize paperwork after data entry to maintain accurate records.
Perform regular backups and assist with data preservation procedures.
Answer incoming office phone calls and route customer concerns to the appropriate department.
Assist with dispatching service requests when needed.
Greet customers, vendors, and visitors professionally and assist with basic inquiries.
Support general office administration tasks to assist branch leadership and operations teams.
Maintain an organized, professional front office and administrative workspace.
Qualifications
Previous experience in administrative support, office administration, or data entry preferred.
Strong typing skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs, including Word and Excel.
Basic understanding of databases and electronic recordkeeping.
Comfortable using standard office equipment and computer systems.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
