Data Entry Specialist – Accounting Department
Location: Rapid City, SD
Pay: $22.00–$25.00 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday

Kelly Services is seeking a Data Entry Specialist to support the Accounting Department of a well-established organization in Rapid City. This is a great opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, comfortable working with data, and interested in gaining accounting experience.
No prior accounting experience is required — training will be provided.
What You'll Do
  • Enter and update accounting and vendor information accurately
  • Review documents and verify information for completeness and accuracy
  • Input invoice and payment information into accounting systems
  • Maintain accurate electronic records and files
  • Scan and organize invoices and supporting documentation
  • Update vendor information as needed
  • Assist with basic data research and resolving information discrepancies
  • Follow established procedures for data entry and record keeping
  • Maintain confidentiality of financial and company information
  • Assist the Accounting team with other administrative and data entry tasks as needed
