RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking remote Data Entry Specialists to join their team. This opportunity would be supporting a project located in California.
Summary:
We are seeking an administrative support professional to assist with high-volume data processing and transaction review activities. This role will support operational workflows by reviewing information, validating records, and entering data into internal systems. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable performing repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Strong data entry and administrative support experience
* Experience working with business systems and databases
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
* Effective written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to follow documented processes and procedures
* Ability to handle repetitive, high-volume work independently
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
