Job Title: Data Entry Specialist
PAY- $17
Job Description
The Customer Data Management (CDM) / Data Entry Specialist plays a critical role in maintaining accurate, high-quality customer and contract information across all internal systems. This fully onsite position is based at the corporate office in Stuart, FL. You will review, interpret, and enter contract details, create and update customer accounts, validate data for accuracy, and ensure consistency across multiple platforms. In this high-volume, metrics-driven environment, you will support more than 100 locations and work closely with the CDM team, QA reviewers, and leadership to meet accuracy, efficiency, and quality targets.
Responsibilities
  • Create, modify, and maintain customer accounts in internal systems.
  • Review, interpret, and accurately enter contract information into the appropriate platforms.
  • Process customer setup changes, including updates to account details and contract terms.
  • Review and work from documents such as contracts, pricing sheets, and equipment transmittals.
  • Manage case queues and prioritize work to meet daily and weekly productivity goals.
  • Complete daily data integrity updates to maintain accurate and consistent records.
  • Run and work reports to verify data accuracy and identify discrepancies.
  • Investigate and correct system errors to ensure clean, reliable data across platforms.
  • Collaborate closely with QA reviewers and team members to achieve and maintain accuracy targets.
  • Handle a high volume of data entry transactions with strong attention to detail and quality.
  • Work across several screens and systems simultaneously to complete tasks efficiently.
  • Demonstrate ownership of assigned work and follow through on issues until resolution.
  • Participate in structured training and apply feedback to continuously improve performance.
  • Contribute to a supportive, collaborative team environment focused on accuracy and service.

Work Environment
This is a fully onsite role based at the corporate office in Stuart, FL. You will work in an office-based, air-conditioned environment as part of a seven-person Customer Data Management team that includes data entry specialists, a reviewer/assigner, and QA specialists. The team operates in a high-volume, metrics-driven setting with a strong emphasis on accuracy, efficiency, and quality. The structured training schedule runs from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, followed by a regular schedule of 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. The environment is collaborative and supportive, with clear processes, a two-week formal training program, and opportunities to develop skills in contracts, data management, and CRM systems.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
