Key administrative duties include managing accurate data entry within tracking systems like CAREWare, conducting regular chart reviews, and quality improvement initiatives. The role requires generating regular performance and summary reports to ensure regional services maintain high standards of care and meet payor of last resort requirements.

The position acts as a clinical resource and collaborative partner, building relationships with healthcare providers, pharmacists, social workers, and community organizations to ensure continuous shared care delivery.
