As the face and voice of our corporate headquarters, you will interact with associates across various departments and offices throughout the US and Canada. Daily tasks include:
  • Answering a multi-line phone system and routing calls efficiently (Partial Day)
  • Greeting and checking in corporate visitors (Partial Day)
  • Directing incoming packages and mail deliveries (Partial Day)
  • Projects and tasks for various corporate departments, giving you exposure and experience in multiple disciplines (Balance of day)

  • Communication: Friendly, positive, and professional communication skills
  • Technical Skills: Computer proficiency (MS Office / data entry)
  • Experience: Previous clerical or office experience is preferred, but not required
