The pay is $18.00 - $18.45.

This is a 3rd shift position, hours are 10 pm - 6:30 am.
Job Summary 

This position requires all abilities from Pack-Out data clerk and the ability to follow the below  responsibilities.

 

Duties/Responsibilities include the following: Other responsibilities w/ similar skill and work conditions as assigned. 

  • Ability to manage break and lunch schedules.  
  • Ability to manage employees if need arises.  
  • Ensure the line is running at pace.  
  • Verify Haccps and internal GMP guidelines are followed. 
  • Running of reports in both X3 and strongarm.  
  • Inventory control: Accountable for “real time” material usage validation; meeting all specs and established guidelines. 
  • Recipes: Continuous communication with Production and Logistics departments, to ensure successful processing. 
  • Control verification: Follow pre-established controls to ensure consistent processing and to avoid manufacturing delays, including verification of downstream processing state. 
  • Other responsibilities w/ similar skill and work conditions as assigned. 

  Supervisory Responsibilities 

  • Assisting in directing a total of 13 to 19 employees (pending production flow) in the Retail Pack out department. Is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and efficiency of these staff members and the overall performance of the team. Fulfills leadership responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. 
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
