Are you looking for a new career in 2025?  If so, then Lakeside Neurologic is the place for you.  We are currently interviewing and accepting resumes for Residential Services Assistant Team Members with CNA licenses.    If you are an individual that is self-motivated, with passion for helping others to achieve their opportunities and goals, then Lakeside Neurologic needs you on our team. We are leaders in rehabilitation for brain and spinal cord injury & behavioral-health.

RSA’s are important team members that provide direct care and supervision of clients residing at the facility. Team members are required to perform the following tasks:

  • Treat the clients with respect and dignity.

  • Ensure the safety and well-being of the clients.

  • Implement behavior plans and protocols.

  • Assist with activities of daily living

  • Engage in programming or recreational activities with clients.

  • Report medical emergencies or medical symptoms.

  • Implement protocols and safety techniques.

  • Data Entry.

  • Change of shift report and communication.

  • Accompany clients on medical transports and recreational outings. transports.

Team members must be twenty-one years old and possess a high school diploma or GED. The following are preferred but not required:

  • Previous experience in healthcare, mental health or behavioral health

  • C.N.A. Licensure is preferred.

  • Associate Degree is preferred but not required.

  • Bachelor’s Degree is preferred but not required.

  • American Sign Language is preferred but not required.

Lakeside Neurologic provides a comprehensive new hire orientation training class for RSA’s.

We are interviewing RSA candidates for the following shifts:

B Shift 3 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. -$1.00 per hour shift differential on Saturday & Sunday.

C Shift 11:30 p.m. to 7:30 a.m. - $1.00 per hour shift differential Sunday - Saturday.

Weekend Shift - Sunday & Saturday – 7:30 a.m. to 11 p.m.   $1.00 per hour shift Differential for this shift.
