Responsibilities
What You'll Do:
  • Complete and ensure that all data is entered into appropriate computer software systems in a timely manner.
  • Schedule and maintain conference room calendars
  • Assist other departments as requested and approved by the office manager
  • Complete general data entry and maintain organized file systems.
  • Order and monitor office supplies.
