We are looking for an organized Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. This long-term contract position is ideal for someone who enjoys creating order, communicating clearly, and keeping administrative tasks on track. The role will serve as a key point of contact for incoming calls, front-desk activity, and routine clerical support while helping the team maintain accurate records and efficient workflows.
Responsibilities:
• Manage front-desk coverage by greeting visitors, directing inquiries, and creating a welcoming first impression for the office.
• Handle incoming phone calls promptly, route messages to the appropriate team members, and respond to routine questions with accuracy and courtesy.
• Perform a range of administrative support duties, including filing, document preparation, scheduling assistance, and general office coordination.
• Enter and update information in company systems with a high level of accuracy to help maintain complete and reliable records.
• Support day-to-day office operations by organizing materials, tracking routine tasks, and helping ensure administrative processes run smoothly.
