Kia of Myrtle Beach is looking for a dependable, organized and customer-friendly person to join our team as a Sales Support & Vehicle Delivery Specialist.

This is an entry-level position combining customer vehicle deliveries with routine administrative and operational support for our sales department. No automotive experience is required—we will provide the product and process training needed to succeed.

The right person will communicate well, absorb new information and consistently complete repeatable tasks with accuracy. You must be comfortable working with customers, learning vehicle technology and helping the sales department stay organized.

Primary ResponsibilitiesVehicle Deliveries and Product Support
  • Learn the features, technology and benefits of the Kia vehicle lineup.

  • Prepare for scheduled customer deliveries.

  • Perform complete and detailed vehicle deliveries.

  • Explain vehicle controls, safety systems and technology clearly.

  • Pair customers’ phones and assist with Kia Connect setup.

  • Make sure customers understand their vehicle before leaving.

  • Assist customers who return with product or technology questions.

  • Confirm delivery vehicles are clean, fueled and ready on time.

  • Help sales associates prepare for appointments and deliveries.

Sales and Administrative Support
  • Assist management with daily and weekly reports.

  • Update schedules, checklists and tracking documents.

  • Help organize customer and vehicle paperwork.

  • Scan, file and maintain sales-related documents.

  • Assist with vehicle inventory records and stock information.

  • Track vehicle keys and help verify inventory locations.
