Salary: $15.50 Hourly

Edcor is seeking additional Data Processing team members to join our operations team. We have full (40 hours) and flexible part time (20 hours) positions available. Summary:

Data Processing team members ensure efficient and accurate entry of customer data into our reimbursement system.

Data Entry Essential Duties and Responsibilities: (Other duties may be assigned)

  • Verify data from Clients employees who are requesting tuition assistance and verifying data fields when processing payment request.
  • Ability to meet or exceed expectations of job performance which includes call monitors, Key Performance Indicators (KPI), and Service Level Agreements (SLA).
  • Process and complete requests accurately upon first receipt.
  • Work efficiently independently.
  • Adhere to set quality standards.
  • Assume or assist with other tasks as needed or assigned

Job Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Prior work experience in claims processing type environment preferable.
  • Prior knowledge of terminology, such as credits, grants, scholarships preferable
  • Desktop computer experience such as Microsoft Suite, Outlook, Internet Explorer, etc.
  • Ability to operate within multiple computer programs at one time.
  • Ability to remain flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
