Job Description
To perform clerical and patient care support by registering, ordering, collecting, processing, distributing clinical lab specimens and/or performing limited non-complex laboratory tests. All incumbents grandfathered into job requirements.

Education And Credentials
High School Diploma or GED required. Graduate of certified phlebotomy tech program required. Prior to and during employment in this position, must meet and maintain criteria as per the Fleet Safety Program. Data Entry Alpha Numeric (Hard Copy) required. NYS Drivers License upon hire required. All incumbents grandfathered into job requirements.
Experience
1 year of phlebotomy experience in a lab/hospital setting required.
