About the Role
We are seeking a high-caliber Principal / Senior Consultant with deep expertise in Celonis Process Mining, specializing in Object-Centric Process Mining (OCPM) and data engineering. The role will drive end-to-end technical delivery, from data integration and modeling to advanced analytics and AI-driven process intelligence, enabling large-scale process transformation programs for enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities
1. Celonis Solution Delivery & OCPM Expertise
  • Lead implementation of Celonis Process Intelligence solutions, with strong focus on OCPM data models and perspectives.
  • Design and build object-centric data models, capturing multi-object relationships (orders, invoices, deliveries, etc.) for complex process analysis.
  • Develop process analyses, dashboards, and execution apps to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
2. Data Engineering & Integration
  • Architect and implement end-to-end data pipelines (ETL/ELT) integrating ERP/CRM systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) into Celonis.
  • Build and optimize data models, ontologies, and transformations leveraging SQL/PQL and object-centric methodologies.
  • Ensure data quality, performance, scalability, and governance across Celonis environments.
3. AI, Advanced Analytics & Automation
  • Design and implement AI/ML-driven analyses and applications to uncover root causes, predict outcomes, and drive automation.
  • Leverage Celonis Execution Management System (EMS) capabilities including Action Flows, Skills, and advanced analytics.
  • Enable data-driven decision-making by linking process insights to measurable business outcomes.
4. Consulting & Stakeholder Engagement
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and scalable data models.
  • Lead client workshops, value discovery sessions, and executive presentations.
  • Partner with business and IT stakeholders to drive adoption and value realization across transformation programs.
5. Delivery Leadership (Principal-level expectation)
  • Own end-to-end program delivery for Celonis engagements, including team leadership and solution governance.
  • Mentor junior consultants and data engineers; establish best practices and reusable assets.
  • Contribute to thought leadership in OCPM, AI-enabled process mining, and next-gen operating models.
Required Qualifications
  • Experience:
    • Senior Consultant: 5-8 years
    • Principal: 10+ years in process mining, data engineering, or analytics consulting
  • Core Technical Skills:
    • Strong hands-on expertise in Celonis (data models, PQL, dashboards, Action Flows)
    • Proven experience with OCPM / multi-object data modeling
    • Advanced proficiency in SQL, ETL pipelines, and data integration
    • Experience in API integration, connectors, and cloud/on-prem data ecosystems
  • Advanced Capabilities:
    • Exposure to AI/ML techniques applied to process mining
    • Strong understanding of enterprise systems (SAP, Oracle, CRM platforms)
    • Experience with large-scale process mining implementations
Preferred Qualifications
  • Celonis certifications (Data Engineer / Analyst / EMS)
  • Experience in energy, utilities, or supply chain domains (aligned with Houston market)
  • Knowledge of process frameworks (O2C, P2P, R2R, SCM)
  • Exposure to process mining + automation + agentic AI convergence use cases
