Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
โ€ข Design, implement, and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes to support data reporting and dashboards.
โ€ข Organize, model, and store raw data in our data warehouse and data lake.
โ€ข Analyze and interpret data using statistical methods and tools.
โ€ข Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders
โ€ข Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.
โ€ข Ensure the reliability, efficiency, and quality of data by developing and implementing processes for data cleaning, transformation, and validation.
Qualifications:
Required:
โ€ข Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of experience in data analysis, interpretation, and visualization; or an equivalent combination of education and experience, including 6+ years of experience in data analysis, interpretation, and visualization.
โ€ข Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
โ€ข Working knowledge of at least one major programming language (e.g., Python, C#, Java, or Scala) required.
โ€ข Proficiency with statistical analysis and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) required.
โ€ข Familiarity with big data technologies and platforms such as Delta Lake, Spark, and Databricks required.
