Job Description:

  • The Cloud Data Storage / Data Engineer SME & Data Structure Designer will support the design, implementation, and optimization of secure, scalable, and high-performance cloud-based data platforms for a Cyber Threat Operations Center (CTOC).
  • This role combines hands-on engineering with subject matter specialization in cloud data storage, data modeling, and data structure design, enabling effective cyber threat detection, analytics, reporting, and operational decision-making.
  • While classified as a junior level role, this position requires strong specialized expertise in cloud data platforms and an ability to contribute meaningfully to architecture discussions under the guidance of senior engineers and architects.
  • Cloud Data Storage and Data Engineering Subject Matter Expert with experience designing secure, scalable, high-performance cloud data platforms.
  • Expert in data lakes, data warehouses, hybrid architectures, data modeling, schema design, and governance.
  • Provides strategic guidance to optimize data structures for analytics, reporting, and application performance.
  • Highly adaptable across Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Microsoft Azure, and AWS environments.
