• Attend relevant workshops, conferences, and meetings to stay informed and maximize your professional growth.
• Represent the organization at community events, promoting our mission and the various services we provide.
• Uphold and integrate the clinic's mission, values, and principles into daily practice.
• Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by the Clinic Director, contributing to the overall success and mission of the clinic.

Our clients represent a diverse range of backgrounds and experiences, including individuals facing challenges related to emotional health, substance use issues, and developmental disabilities. • A Master’s Degree in a behavioral health field is required.
• An independent Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) license issued by the state board.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, essential for successful interactions with clients and team members.
