Job description

Lead Process Analyst - NIKE, Inc. - Beaverton, OR. Extract meaning from data using specialized computer systems to transform, organize, and model the data to draw conclusions and identify patterns; generate reports and regular datasets or report information for end-users using system tools and database or data warehouse queries and scripts; integrate data from multiple sources to produce requested or required data elements; program and maintains report forms and formats, information dashboards, data generators, and other end-user information portals or resources; work with non-routine information and develops recommendations for ideas or services; develop and manage operational initiatives to deliver tactical results; provide direction and mentorship to teammates and communicate clearly to a broad audience; solve problems using limited information and implements solutions with the ability to foresee most future implications; take initiative to improve upon existing processes; advise others on complex matters using skills to understand complex work, such as in-depth knowledge or conceptual thinking; responsible for using predictive and prescriptive analytics to forecast consumer demand; develop new algorithms and improve existing approaches based on statistical Veconometric methods, machine learning techniques and solutions to forecast consumer demand and determine efficient level of investment in various stages of the supply chain; assess business requirements and constraints to make tradeoff recommendations between speed and accuracy of alternative solution approaches; identify and apply appropriate methods to acquire, explore, cleanse, and fuse data from different sources; facilitate the planning, scheduling and value measurement of the work to meet timeline targets and success criteria; support the adoption of analytic products through effective storytelling and collaboration with key partners; and share knowledge with others on the team; and continue to adapt or develop new methods and learn new software packages as available in the literature and recent publications. Telecommuting is available from anywhere in the U.S., except from AK, AL, AR, DE, HI, IA, ID, IN, KS, KY, LA, MT, ND, NE, NH, NM, NV, OH, OK, RI, SD, VT, WV, and WY.
