As a Maintenance Mechanic in one of our wafer fab clean rooms, you will:
  • Execute scheduled maintenance work adhering to the approved best known method for all tasks completed
  • Track and assemble of parts required to complete maintenance ahead of time
  • Complete qualifications required to bring equipment fully out of maintenance state and into production
  • Track critical data from performed maintenance to define improvement opportunities for optimal PM performance
  • Have an on-the-job training plan that provides a clear path to required certifications and advancement

We are looking for individuals with a strong interest in and capability of performing mechanical and maintenance activities on complex tool sets, able to effectively collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams, and ability to read and understand technical instructions and mechanical drawings.

  • Earn *$23.10 - $28.04 to start **Listed hourly rates are calculated by dividing total daily earnings (straight time pay + overtime pay + shift differential, if applicable) by 11.8 hours including 2 paid breaks
  • Earn up to 25% profit sharing on eligible base pay through TI's Profit-Sharing plan
  • Work a 12 hour in person shift on a fixed, compressed schedule, allowing for 3-4 days off in a row and built in overtime
  • Safety is our #1 priority in the clean room and even in the breakroom
  • Eligible for competitive health, dental, and vision insurance from day 1 of hire. TI also makes a significant annual contribution into your health savings account, if enrolled
  • Paid time off that increases with each year of service and 11 paid holidays annually

Qualifications
Minimum requirements:
  • High School diploma/GED
  • 18 years of age or older
  • Ability to work 12 hour compressed work schedule
  • Flexible to work day or night shift that will include one weekend shift and holidays

  • Ability to establish strong relationships with key stakeholders critical to success, both internally and externally
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to quickly ramp on new systems and processes
  • Demonstrated strong interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Strong time management skills that enable on-time project delivery
