Job Description:
  • Our Company is seeking a Senior Technical Engineer to serve as a subject matter expert for the ATLAS programโ€”our large-scale initiative modernizing workforce management for 55,000+ employees across the US and Canada.
  • In this hybrid role, the selected candidate will act as both a System Administrator and a Data Engineer, responsible for technical configuration of the timekeeping platform and ensuring data integrity across integrations with Payroll, HR, and Finance systems.
  • While utilizes Workforce Software (WFS), we are looking for a highly technical resource with strong enterprise WFM and integration experience who can design complex labor rules and manage large-scale data pipelines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • System configuration for Time & Attendance, Scheduling, and Absence Management modules
  • Design and maintain ETL pipelines and API integrations (REST/SOAP)
  • Translate union contracts, labor laws, and work rules into system logic
  • Manage platform governance, security roles, upgrades, and environment stability
  • Build SQL-based reports and perform advanced data analysis

Skills Required:
  • SQL

Experience Required:
  • Engineer Exp: 7+ years Data Engineering work experience

Primary Skills Required:
