Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Part-Time Opportunity

The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) will provide one-on-one behavioral therapy to children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) in a home-based setting. As a valued member of our team, you will work closely with our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to develop and implement personalized treatment plans, helping our young clients reach their full potential.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct behavioral therapy to clients with ASD in a home-based setting

  • Implement behavior plans developed by BCBAs, including data collection and recording

  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of treatment sessions

  • Collaborate with BCBA supervisors to modify treatment plans as needed

  • Develop and maintain a positive and professional relationships with clients, families, and internal teams
