The Staff Enabler Samples Manager directs the full sequence of sample planning, conducting, monitoring, and reporting to facilitate the delivery of DRAM modules to external ecosystem enablers. This role demands advanced data analytics proficiency, focused operational attention, cooperation among different areas, and the ability to convert intricate product, roadmap, validation, and delivery specifics into uncomplicated execution plans.

The ideal candidate excels in handling large, complex data sets and preparing clear summaries. They build dashboards and provide concise status updates to internal collaborators and external enabler partners. This role involves working in a fast-paced, uncertain environment while keeping strong focus on tasks, following consistent processes, and adapting to changing plans and partner needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take responsibility for planning, forecasting, tracking, and delivering DRAM module samples to external ecosystem partners.
  • Track, document, and manage external purchase order fulfillment associated with enabler sample demand.
  • Maintain clear visibility into PO status, fulfillment progress, open gaps, delivery commits, and risk items.
  • Partner with Engineering, Product Engineering, NPI, Planning, Operations, and Sales Operations teams to ensure successful and timely sample delivery.
  • Align sample requirements with product roadmaps, validation achievements, platform enablement activities, and external partner needs.
  • Manage and analyze sample demand, delivery, fulfillment, and validation data to provide actionable insights and drive execution.
  • Develop dashboards, trackers, and leadership reporting to monitor sample status, risks, fulfillment progress, and key achievements.
  • Track external purchase order fulfillment and coordinate sample logistics to ensure timely delivery commitments.
  • Identify, assess, and proactively resolve risks impacting sample availability, validation schedules, or partner commitments.
  • Drive process improvements, improve reporting capabilities, and establish scalable, efficient sample management practices.
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships and effectively navigate a fast-paced, evolving environment.

The US base salary range that Micron Technology estimates it could pay for this full-time position is:

$95,000.00 - $274,000.00 a year

Additional compensation may include benefits, bonuses and equity. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
