Position Summary
HealthLink Dimensions is hiring an Email Deployment Analyst to own client bulk email deployment and deliverability. You'll work cross-functionally with Client Success to manage and schedule client deployments, provide reporting, and engage with creative, strategy, and deliverability to improve inbox placement and results.
What You'll Do
  • Own email deployment across multiple clients and tools
  • Build, QA, and schedule email campaigns; coordinate assets and timelines
  • Run A/B tests and share learnings
  • Track performance metrics and recommend optimizations
  • Partner with internal teams and clients on email best practices and compliance
  • Manage daily volumes and sending strategy to improve inbox placement
  • Monitor sender reputation and blocklists; troubleshoot deliverability issues
  • Configure and maintain SPF/DKIM/DMARC authentication
  • Maintain email platform, DNS, and ESP configurations
  • Ensure CAN-SPAM and deliverability standards are followed

What You'll Bring
  • 3+ years in email deployment, strategy, and deliverability
  • Strong problem-solving, organization, and stakeholder communication skills
  • Hands-on email automation operations experience (list/segment management, send time optimization, pixel tracking tools, HTML testing)
  • HTML/CSS and analytics; A/B testing experience (SQL a plus)
  • Knowledge of ESPs, ISPs, deliverability tools, and sending strategy
  • Working knowledge of email authentication and DNS records.
