  • Build dashboards integrating web, ad, email, and social campaign data
  • Translate analytics into insights for leasing and marketing strategies
  • Own HubSpot end-to-end: workflows, smart lists, lead scoring, forms, landing pages, nurture programs
  • Integrate HubSpot with Salesforce and AppFolio; troubleshoot sync issues and enforce clean data

  • Strong WordPress expertise: custom post types, plugins (Yoast, Elementor, Gravity Forms), CRO tools, staging environments
  • Extensive HubSpot experience: automation workflows, multi-touch nurture campaigns, integrations, advanced reporting
  • Google Analytics 4 mastery: event tracking, data layers, conversions, dashboards
  • Strong Excel/SQL/BI skills (Looker, Tableau, Power BI a plus)
  • Comfortable with APIs, Zapier/Make, and webhooks
  • Strong communicator able to bridge data, tech, and creative marketing teams
Why You’ll Love Working Here
  • Impact: Your dashboards and optimizations directly influence how 12,000 apartments get leased
  • Ownership: Lead authority on HubSpot and WordPress, trusted across the team
  • Tools & Scale: Manage a modern stack (HubSpot, Salesforce, AppFolio, GA4, WordPress) at enterprise scale
  • Growth: Opportunity to innovate, test, and implement bold ideas
