The AI and Data Solutions Manager leads the delivery, enablement, and continuous improvement of enterprise AI, machine learning (ML), and data solutions. This role partners with IT leadership, business stakeholders, and technical teams to identify high-value opportunities and deliver scalable solutions that improve operational efficiency, user adoption, and measurable business outcomes.

This is a hands-on technical leadership role that combines solution development, project coordination, data platform knowledge, and organizational enablement. What To Expect (Essential Job Responsibilities)
  • Lead planning, coordination, execution, and delivery of AI, machine learning, and data solution initiatives across the organization.
  • Design, develop, test, deploy, and support practical AI/ML solutions, including prototypes, pilots, and production-ready applications that deliver business value.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to identify opportunities, define use cases, document requirements, and translate business needs into actionable solution plans.
  • Monitor solution performance, adoption, and business impact, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with IT leadership, data teams, application teams, security, and global partners to align solutions with enterprise architecture, data governance, and security standards.
  • Contribute to the development and governance of enterprise AI and data practices, including standards, guardrails, responsible AI practices, documentation, and lifecycle management.
  • Promote adoption of approved AI and data platforms through training support, use-case development, stakeholder communication, and practical user guidance.
  • Evaluate and recommend tools, platforms, architectures, and integration approaches that align with business requirements and enterprise standards.
  • Support organizational AI, data solution roadmaps, implement plans and delivery timelines in partnership with IT leadership and Business Team leadership.
Miscellaneous Job Responsibilities
  • Provide mentorship and knowledge sharing to internal team members to strengthen AI, machine learning, data platform, and solution delivery capabilities.
  • Stay current on emerging AI, automation, cloud, and data platform capabilities, recommending practical applications where they may create business value.
  • Assist with troubleshooting, issue resolution, enhancement requests, and post-implementation support for approved AI and data solutions.

What Is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • 5+ years of experience designing, developing, and deploying production-grade AI/ML applications, predictive models, and intelligent automation solutions using Python, including integration with LLMs, APIs, and MCP enabled tools or services.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience or technical leadership in data engineering, including designing and operating utilizing AWS, Snowflake, and SQL based data services to support analytics and AI/ML workloads.
  • Experience working within enterprise standards for security, data governance, access controls, auditability, and responsible technology use.
  • Experience leading or coordinating cross-functional technical initiatives from requirements gathering through implementation, adoption, and ongoing support.
  • Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and deliver high-quality work in a collaborative environment.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to business stakeholders.

  • Master's degree or professional certification in related technology, analytics, cloud, or AI discipline.
