The work:
As a Data Conversion Lead, you will design, develop, and maintain data solutions for data generation, collection, and processing. You will lead the creation of data pipelines, ensure data quality, and implement ETL processes to migrate and deploy data across systems. Acting as a subject matter expert, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage your team to perform effectively, and contribute to key decisions.
  • Develop innovative data solutions to enhance data accessibility and usability.
  • Lead the design and implementation of data pipelines and ETL processes.
  • Monitor and optimize data pipelines for performance and reliability.
  • Conduct data quality assessments and implement necessary improvements.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in data engineering.

This is a hybrid role in Atlanta, GA and will require three days per week in the office.
Basic Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience with Data Engineering with a focus on Data Migrations.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience with Oracle Cloud
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)

Bonus points if you have:
  • Advanced proficiency in ETL processes, data pipelines, and data quality management.
  • Strong understanding of data accessibility, usability, and performance optimization.
  • Oracle Cloud Certification
