As our Senior Data Conversion Lead, you will be creating and running H&W data conversion activities through SQL scripting and system tools. What you'll do

Strategic Leadership
  • Drive innovation - Identify opportunities to enhance our conversion processes and champion improvements that benefit clients and internal teams

Client Partnership
  • Facilitate data conversion workshops and client meetings, translating technical concepts into clear, actionable insights

Technical Excellence
  • Create and run conversion activities (through SQL scripting and system tools).

  • Provide timely, transparent progress updates and risk assessments with proactive mitigation plans
