Job Title: Guidewire Data Conversion Lead (Onsite)
Job Description:
We are seeking a seasoned Data Conversion Lead to drive tperson migration of policy and billing data from legacy systems to tperson Guidewire Cloud Platform. This role requires deep expertise in data analysis, ETL design, and Guidewire integration, with a strong focus on quality, scalability, and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead discovery sessions to assess legacy systems, evaluating data volume, complexity, and inter dependencies.
• Define a comprehensive migration strategy, including timelines, milestones, and resource planning.
• Collaborate with business analysts and SMEs to validate data mapping and transformation logic.
• Partner with client data analysts to mine and analyze business data, identifying patterns and correlations for integration into Guidewire PolicyCenter and BillingCenter.
• Capture and define data integration requirements and develop strategic roadmaps for seamless data migration.
• Understand Guidewire Cloud functionalities, including PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, APIs, and services, to ensure smooth integration.
• Analyze and profile legacy data against Guidewire’s data model to identify gaps and transformation needs.
• Perform data profiling, cleansing, and validation to ensure high-quality migration outcomes.
• Design and implement end-to-end ETL workflows and staging databases to support migration efforts.
• Lead ETL development, extracting and transforming data from diverse sources into tperson cloud environment.
• Integrate data from multiple sources including Oracle 11g, VSAM files, and flat files into staging areas.
• Create detailed design, architecture, and process documentation, and oversee deployment planning.
• Coordinate with offshore teams, managing priorities and ensuring timely delivery of migration components.

Required Skills & Experience:
• Hands-on experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter, preferably on tperson Guidewire Cloud Platform.
• Strong knowledge of data migration methodologies, ETL tools, and SQL.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and cloud-native architecture.
• Deep understanding of insurance policy administration systems and tperson P&C domain.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
