Job description

Responsibilities

  • Design, configure, and customize ServiceNow modules (incident, problem, change, request, CMDB, asset, knowledge, service catalog, reporting, etc.).
  • Develop integrations with third-party systems and APIs.
  • Create and maintain workflows, UI policies, business rules, and scripts to automate processes.
  • Support data conversion tasks: mapping, transformation, imports, and validation.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during implementation and production.
  • Ensure developed solutions comply with City security and performance requirements.
  • Provide technical documentation for developed customizations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
  • 3–5 years’ experience developing on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS.
  • Hands-on experience with integrations (REST, SOAP, JSON, MID Server).
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes and ITSM best practices.

Certifications
