We're seeking a talented commercial real estate lawyer to fill the position of Corporate Counsel - Real Estate/Colocation. In this pivotal role, you'll be the legal architect transforming cloud computing infrastructure through strategic real estate transactions and comprehensive legal support.
Key job responsibilities
- Structure, draft, and negotiate complex real estate agreements supporting AWS's worldwide data center portfolio
- Provide comprehensive legal counsel on transactional matters, interpreting contracts with precision and strategic insight
- Manage external counsel relationships and oversee portfolio of real estate transactions
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance team efficiency and legal operations
- Resolve legal challenges in commercial relationships and handle pre-litigation inquiries
