Job description
CoreWeave is scaling a global data center footprint to support the world's most advanced AI workloads. As we grow rapidly, our ability to operate safely, consistently, and at speed depends on how effectively operational practices are understood, improved, and enabled across facilities.
About the role:CoreWeave is seeking an Operations Enablement Analyst, Data Center Operations to focus on analyzing how operations are performed, identifying opportunities to improve clarity, and enabling teams through the most effective mechanisms. This role will work directly with technicians, engineers, security, and compliance partners to observe and assess real-world execution across the data center lifecycle.
In this role, enablement may take the form of documenting standard operating procedures, creating runbooks, building training and onboarding content, or other approaches. Analysis and assessment drive the work in this role. Alignment with organizational objectives is foundational, and outputs are selected based on what enables safe, consistent execution at scale.
In this role you will:
- Compare work across sites and teams to identify risks, gaps, or inconsistencies and make recommendations that improve operational efficiency
- Influence outcomes by applying structured thinking, sound judgment, and a close partnership with subject matter experts
- Ensure operational practices are clearly defined, well understood, and ready to scale
- Leverage modern tooling, including AI and LLM-based workflows, to accelerate analysis, synthesis, and enablement, with final outputs validated through real-world operational expertise
- Support physical security, regulatory compliance, and audit readiness through procedural documentation
- Develop and maintain SOPs, runbooks, and guidelines where documentation is the appropriate enablement mechanism
- Support onboarding and training programs by contributing accurate operational content and education materials
- Identify and support other enablement approaches, including training sessions or knowledge-sharing programs, as appropriate
- Partner with subject matter experts to validate enablement materials and proposed improvements
- Ensure operational practices and enablement materials support safety, physical security, regulatory, and audit requirements
- Analytical and Attentive: Pays attention to detail and recognizes nuance while maintaining focus on the big picture
- Collaborative Partner: Ability to work with SMEs to extract, clarify, and document complex technical processes
- Systems-Oriented: Experience with documentation frameworks, version control, and content management systems
- Detail-Focused: Understanding of compliance, safety, and audit requirements in operational documentation
- Experienced Writer: 3-5+ years writing technical documentation, preferably in data center, infrastructure, or operations environments
- Process Documentation Specialist: Strong track record creating SOPs, runbooks, or operational procedures for technical teams
Expected Deliverables and Outcomes:
- Standard Operating Procedures, runbooks, and guidelines for data center operations
- Documentation templates and style guidelines
- Documentation to support training and onboarding programs
- Synthesize findings into clear recommendations
- Regulatory and compliance documentation
- Participation in building materials for training and onboarding as it relates to operational practices and enablement
We believe in investing in our people, and value candidates who can bring their own diversified experiences to our teams – even if you aren't a 100% skill or experience match. Here are a few qualities we've found compatible with our team. If some of this describes you, we'd love to talk.
- You are experienced in data center operations or cloud infrastructure environments
- You are a systems thinker, driven to solve fragmented and inconsistent processes by architecting cohesive, standardized documentation across multiple regions and teams
- You are passionate about improving operational efficiency and elevating the company's operational posture for global scale
- You are naturally inclined to identify and build systems to transform unnecessary complexity into clear, actionable, and user-friendly procedures
- You possess deep curiosity about complex infrastructure and are dedicated to simplifying and driving clarity into daily operations
- You recognize and prioritize high-quality documentation as the foundation of a world-class training and onboarding program
At CoreWeave, we work hard, have fun, and move fast! We're in a critical stage of hyper-growth that you will not want to miss out on.
