Apex Systems is looking for I.T professionals in the Quincy area to work in a datacenter for a client of ours who is a technological solutions provider! This will be an on-site, contract role, on our W2. If you're interested, then please see below and apply via our Talent Portal!
Job Description:
Datacenter Operations Technician
Contract Length: Long Term Contract
Location: Quincy, WA
Pay Rate: $25/hr
Shift: Friday-Monday, 10pm-8am PT - 4x10 schedule
Summary: These technicians will be supporting the datacenter buildout and maintenance of various systems surrounding the operations of the datacenters on the technical end. Datacenter Technicians will be working hands-on to configure, implement/deploy, and maintain hardware for computer systems, servers, and networking solutions.
Responsibilities:
  • Provides support to end users on a variety of issues in a mixed environment- performing full-cycle support through Identification, research, and resolve technical problems.
  • Responds to telephone calls, email and personnel requests for technical support.
  • Documents, tracks and monitors the problem to ensure a timely resolution.

Requirements:
  • May require an associate's degree in a related area and some professional experience in the field or in a related area.
  • Possess knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
  • Have experience working with technology hands-on (troubleshooting, configuration, and repair/replacement)
