Description:

Data Intake Specialist, 8am-5pm.
Candidate will ensure the accurate and efficient management of sensitive patient and claim information in enrollment and grievance processes:
- Data Collection and Input: Gathering and accurately entering patient and plan member information into healthcare enrollment and grievance tracking systems.
- Document Management: Organizing, maintaining, and reviewing physical and electronic records and forms, ensuring completion, accuracy, and adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Appeals and Grievances Management: Handling incoming requests.
- Compliance: Ensuring compliance with all applicable healthcare laws, including HIPAA, ACA, CMS guidelines, and state regulations related to enrollment, appeals, and grievances.

Work hours? 8-hour shift between the hours of 8:00am – 6:30pm
