Job description

Position Overview

The Data & Tracking Specialist & Coach sets up tracking, attribution, and reporting infrastructure for client accounts, and coaches client teams on how to read and act on their own reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain client-facing dashboards and reports covering funnel performance, attribution, and ROI.
  • Diagnose and resolve tracking discrepancies between platforms, CRM, and reported revenue for clients.
  • Lead client sessions teaching stakeholders how to read dashboards and connect metrics to decisions.
  • Simplify tracking setups and reporting framework based on clients key metrics
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years in marketing analytics, tracking implementation, or a related technical marketing role.
  • Hands-on experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and at least one BI/dashboard tool (Looker Studio, Tableau, etc.).
  • Comfort with UTM governance, pixel/conversion API setup, and basic SQL or spreadsheet-level data manipulation.
  • Ability to explain data findings to non-technical stakeholders clearly and without jargon.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with server-side tracking (CAPI, Server-Side GTM).
  • Familiarity with multi-touch attribution models.
  • Agency or multi-client consulting background.
What We Look For in Every Client-Facing Expert
  • Think Bigger Mindset — approaches every client problem by asking 'what would 10x better look like?' rather than settling for marginal fixes.
  • Service-Minded — treats every client interaction as a chance to build trust; follows through without being chased.
  • Clear Communicator — translates technical or strategic detail into language a business owner can act on, in writing and live sessions.
  • Coach, Not Just Doer — comfortable teaching a client to run a process, not only running it for them.
