The Senior Manager, Renewals leads the comprehensive renewal process for subscription clients, developing and executing retention strategies that align with business goals. This role requires collaboration across multiple teams to ensure renewal offerings meet client needs while leveraging data analysis to identify growth opportunities. The position involves managing forecasts, pipeline metrics, and reporting to support strategic planning. Additionally, the Senior Manager fosters team development, drives operational improvements, and upholds company standards of integrity and ethics, contributing to a high-performing environment focused on delivering value and sustained business success.
About the team:
The DV Renewals Team is essential in driving business growth by managing strategic partnerships and executing sales strategies aligned with company goals. The team focuses on retaining existing Scintilla Charter subscribers and Annual Recurring Revenue through strong relationship management with internal and external stakeholders. It supports continuous improvement by identifying operational needs, removing obstacles, and adapting plans to meet performance standards. Collaborating across functions, the team ensures renewal processes are efficient and aligned with market insights, delivering value while mitigating risks to sustain long-term business success.
What you'll do:
  • Lead the end-to-end renewal process for Scintilla Charter subscribers, ensuring timely and effective contract renewals.
  • Develop and implement retention strategies by analyzing subscriber usage data and market trends.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Account Management, Solutions Consulting, Product, Legal, and Research teams to align renewal offerings.
  • Negotiate and finalize renewal agreements that meet business and client objectives.
  • Maintain accurate renewal forecasts, pipeline metrics, and CRM records to support leadership planning.
  • Drive multiple business plans by identifying needs, removing obstacles, and measuring performance.
  • Mentor and develop associates, fostering a high-performing team environment.
