Job description

The Marlin Alliance is seeking an enthusiastic Power Platform Developer to provide client support to our Navy client. This is a fully remote position, but applicants must have the ability to obtain a DoD Secret Clearance.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain basic Microsoft 365 (M365) Power Automate workflows to support client needs.
  • Assist in the creation and deployment of Power Apps to streamline business processes.
  • Support data analysis by generating and updating reports using the M365 Office suite, including Excel.
  • Troubleshoot simple workflow issues and escalate complex challenges to senior team members.
  • Learn and help maximize the clients customized M365 Teams environment to execute deliverables.
  • Participate in delivering virtual demos and training sessions for solutions developed.

Required Qualifications:

  • Active or ability to obtain a DoD Secret Clearance.
  • Associates degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or 1+ year of relevant experience.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications (Power Automate, Power Apps, Excel, and Teams).
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Highly motivated self-starter eager to learn and grow in a remote, team-oriented environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with Power BI and basic data visualization concepts.
  • Understanding of process improvement methodologies.
