We’re expanding our engineering team and looking for high-caliber PreSales Engineers who have a track record of Enterprise IT sales, technical depth, and customer trust. Responsibilities:

  • Technical Leadership & Customer Advisory:
    1. Experienced technical advisor to large enterprise customers across infrastructure, cloud, and data platforms.
    2. Lead deep technical discovery sessions to understand customer environments, business drivers, risk tolerance, and growth plans.
    3. Translate customer challenges into scalable, secure, and supportable architectures.
  • Solution Architecture & Design:
    1. Own solution design from concept through close
    2. Design solutions spanning data center, hybrid cloud, networking, security, backup/DR, and enterprise platforms.
    3. Evaluate tradeoffs across cost, performance, resilience, and operational complexity
  • Sales Partnership:
    1. Work with sales counterparts to drive technical strategy and influence deal outcomes
    2. Ability to challenge status-quo, when better solutions/architectures exist
    3. Help elevate technical conversations from product features to business outcomes
  • Proof of Concept & Technical Validation:
    1. Architect and execute Proofs of Concept that validate real customer workloads.
    2. Ensure technical wins translate cleanly into production-ready designs.
  • Engineering Culture & Collaboration:
    1. Collaborate with internal engineering, services, and leadership teams to ensure seamless handoffs and successful implementations.
    2. Share knowledge, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to raising the technical bar across the organization.
  • What We Are Looking For
  1. Proven experience in Pre-Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or Technical Consulting within an IT VAR, OEM, integrator, or enterprise environment.
  2. Strong hands-on knowledge across:
    • Data center infrastructure (compute, storage, virtualization)
    • Networking and security
    • Cloud and hybrid architectures
    • Backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity
  3. Ability to explain complex technical designs in a clear and business-relevant way
  4. Real-world experience/Vendor certifications (Nutanix, Dell, Cisco, cloud platforms, etc.) are a plus
