  • Proven experience leading large-scale data center migrations or consolidations
  • Strong understanding of data center infrastructure:
  • Racks, power, cooling, cabling
  • Networks, firewalls, storage arrays, clusters
  • Virtualization (VMware / ESXi)
  • Ability to perform deep technical analysis:
  • Log analysis, system inspection, dependency mapping
  • Root cause identification and remediation planning
  • Experience with CMDB/DCIM platforms (ServiceNow, Nautobot, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of:
  • Redundancy models, failure domains, and high-availability systems
  • Tier III data center environments
