En tant que technicien(ne) 2, gestion des reclamations, mutuelles de prevention, vous serez directement impliques dans les dossiers de lesions professionnelles et jouerez un role dans la prise en charge et le controle a l'ouverture des dossiers.

Plus precisement, vos principales responsabilites consisteront a :

  • Proceder a l'ouverture des dossiers de lesions professionnelles et s'assurer d'avoir l'information necessaire pour la prise de decision;

  • Au besoin, communiquer avec la clientele;

  • Rediger les commentaires d'opposition si necessaire;

  • Aviser le conseiller s'il y a matiere a contestation;

  • Sur demande, proceder aux comparutions, contestations ou desistements a la DRA et au TAT;

  • Participer a la redaction des formulaires d'assignation temporaire et envoi au medecin traitant;

  • Sur demande, proceder au suivi de l'evolution medicale des dossiers avec les clients et les differents partenaires;

  • Preparer les dossiers et mandats pour les expertises medicales;

  • Preparer et acheminer les differentes demandes telles que : BEM, partages de couts, suspension des indemnites, etc.;

  • Proceder a l'entree de donnees dans nos logiciels de suivis;

  • Effectuer toute autre tache connexe.

Pour reussir dans ce role, les qualifications et competences suivantes sont requises:

  • Detenir un diplome d'etudes collegiales en techniques administratives, juridiques ou toute autre formation jugee pertinente pour le poste;

  • Avoir une bonne comprehension en matiere de gestion des lesions professionnelles est un atout (LATMP, jurisprudences, reglements, politiques d'indemnisation CNESST, etc.);

  • Avoir un bon sens de l'organisation du travail afin de bien gerer les priorites et respecter les echeances;

  • Faire preuve d'autonomie, d'initiative et d'habilete en resolution de problemes;

  • Avoir de bonnes aptitudes en informatique, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Suite Office 365.

  • Posseder d'excellentes competences tant a l'oral qu'a l'ecrit.
