PROFIL RECHERCHE

Experience & Accreditation

  • Avocat admis au Barreau du Quebec (minimum 10 ans de pratique)

  • Experience significative en representation devant la CNESST/Tribunal administratif du travail

Expertise juridique

  • Maitrise demontree en SST (LATMP, LSST) et normes du travail

  • Connaissance approfondie de la Loi sur les accidents du travail et les maladies professionnelles

  • Solide comprehension des regles de procedure des tribunaux administratifs
