Data Center Practice Lead, Workforce Solutions


BlueSky Resource Solutions is seeking an experienced Data Center Practice Lead to drive growth within our Data Center Infrastructure practice. This is a senior, hands-on sales role for someone with established relationships and a proven track record providing workforce, staffing, and talent solutions to the data center industry.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and grow relationships with data center owners/operators, general contractors, integrators, engineering firms, and other critical infrastructure partners.
  • Sell contract staffing, direct hire, workforce solutions, and project-based talent services.
  • Leverage an existing industry network to generate new client relationships and revenue.
  • Partner with recruiting and delivery teams to support client workforce requirements.
  • Help shape BlueSky’s overall Data Center go-to-market strategy and grow the practice nationally.
  • Represent BlueSky at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.


Ideal Background

  • 5+ years of sales/business development experience within staffing, workforce solutions, or professional services.
  • Demonstrated experience selling directly into the data center industry.
  • Established relationships within the data center ecosystem strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to develop new accounts and grow a book of business.
  • Entrepreneurial, relationship-driven sales approach with the ability to build a practice while personally producing revenue.
