Job description

Davinci Micro Fulfillment partners with brands to optimize their direct-to-consumer eCommerce operations through quick, efficient, and cost-effective fulfillment solutions. By strategically placing inventory in micro-fulfillment centers across the U.S., we reduce lead times, lower freight costs, and drive higher inventory turns. As an extension of our partners, we deliver integrated solutions that maximize sell-through while minimizing waste and cost. 


You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of one of our six micro fulfillment centers. You will lead a team of supervisors and associates, overseeing day-to-day activities, optimizing processes, and driving performance to meet and exceed operational goals. Reporting directly to the VP of Operations, you will be responsible for delivering key performance indicators (KPIs) and providing strategic insights to enhance operational effectiveness and excellent customer service.


  1. Leadership and Team Management:
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of supervisors and associates to achieve operational excellence.
  • Provide guidance, support, and training to team members to foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize team performance and enhance productivity.
  1. Operational Oversight:
  • Oversee all aspects of daily operations, including order processing, inventory management, and shipping/receiving, housekeeping and facility maintenance.
  • Monitor workflows, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to streamline processes and maximize efficiency.
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
  1. Performance Analysis and Reporting:
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), such as order fulfillment rate, on-time delivery, and labor productivity.
  • Generate regular reports and dashboards to communicate operational performance to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, and recommend actionable strategies to drive continuous improvement.
  1. Cross-functional Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, IT, and customer service, to optimize end-to-end processes and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with engineering and technology teams to leverage automation and innovation for process optimization and scalability.
  1. Strategic Planning and Execution:
  • Contribute to the development of strategic plans and initiatives to support business growth and expansion.
  • Execute operational strategies in alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Proactively anticipate and address operational challenges, risks, and opportunities.

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, Experience in Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Proven leadership experience (5 years) in fulfilment center operations management, preferably in a fast-paced warehouse or fulfillment environment.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and empower others to achieve goals.
  • Excellent analytical abilities, with a data-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
  • High degree of proficiency in utilizing operational tools and software systems (e.g., WMS, ERP, BI tools).
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • GMP/FDA experience helpful.

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
