We help organizations reduce energy consumption, lower COโ‚‚ emissions, and cut operational costs through advanced IoT, data analytics, and artificial intelligence.

As Senior Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in strengthening our brand presence and driving market visibility with a particular focus on Account Based Marketing for key strategic accounts. You will translate complex, high-impact technology into clear, compelling narratives that resonate with decision-makers across enterprise, industrial, and data center segments.

This role shall be performed remotely within the United States.

  • Develop and execute data-driven, multi-channel Account Based Marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and qualified pipeline growth across Enterprise, Industrial, and Data Center segments.

  • Create, manage, and optimize high-quality marketing content, including case studies, blog posts, whitepapers, website content, and social media assets tailored to strategic segments.

  • Plan, coordinate, and lead events and trade shows as a central element of demand generation and account engagement.

  • Monitor campaign performance using analytics, optimize initiatives, and report on ROI and pipeline impact.

  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to align marketing activities with business objectives and complex buying processes.

  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure consistent brand positioning and messaging across all channels.

  • Contribute hands-on within the Marketing & Sales team while helping shape strategic marketing priorities and processes.


  • Proven experience developing and executing marketing and Account Based Marketing strategies, ideally within B2B SaaS, technology, or data-driven environments.

  • Strong understanding of the U.S. marketing landscape, including digital marketing, content marketing, SEO, PPC, and social media platforms.

  • Native-level English communication and copywriting skills, with experience addressing U.S.-based strategic audience segments.

  • Data-driven mindset with hands-on experience using marketing analytics/automation tools / CRM Systems such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, or comparable platforms.

  • Demonstrated ability to plan and execute events as part of strategic demand generation.

  • Ability to combine creative storytelling with performance-oriented, measurable marketing outcomes.

  • Foundational knowledge of AI tools and their effective use in modern marketing workflows.

  • Eligibility to work remotely within the United State

Compensation

Base salary range: USD 94,000 โ€“ 122,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
