Le technicien de centre de donnees niveau 3 (L3) est un role avance et tres pratique qui supporte le deploiement et les operations d'un environnement de centre de donnees haute performance a grande echelle, incluant des infrastructures complexes et du calcul avance.

Ce poste s'adresse a des techniciens experimentes a l'aise de prendre en charge des taches complexes et d'agir comme principal point d'escalade technique sur le site. Tu joueras un role cle durant la phase de deploiement en contribuant a l'installation des equipements, au cablage structure et a la mise en service de l'infrastructure. Une fois en operations stables, tu assumeras davantage de responsabilites en troubleshooting, en gestion d'incidents et en execution des operations.

Tu travailleras a travers les environnements serveurs, reseau et infrastructure, en collaboration etroite avec les ingenieurs et l'equipe de gestion du site pour assurer la disponibilite et la performance. Ce role demande de solides competences techniques, un bon souci du detail et la capacite de performer dans un environnement rapide et critique.

Ce poste s'exerce principalement en anglais, en raison des interactions quotidiennes avec des equipes techniques globales et de l'utilisation de documentation technique en anglais.

  • Effectuer le rack & stack, l'installation d'equipements et le cablage structure pendant le deploiement

  • Supporter l'approvisionnement, la configuration et la validation des systemes

  • Faire du troubleshooting sur l'infrastructure (Layer 1 a 3 : materiel, cablage, reseau)

  • Agir comme point de reference principal pour l'escalade de problemes techniques complexes

  • Interagir avec les equipements reseau via CLI (Cisco, Arista, Juniper, Dell)

  • Utiliser des systemes Linux pour le troubleshooting et le support operationnel

  • Maintenir un inventaire precis des equipements avec des outils ITSM/DCIM

  • Participer aux processus de gestion des changements (fenetres de maintenance, mises en production)

  • Supporter la transition du deploiement vers les operations regulieres (documentation et processus)

  • Assurer le respect des normes de securite, surete et operations

The Data Center Technician L3 is an advanced, hands-on role supporting the build-out and ongoing operation of a high-performance, enterprise-scale data center environment supporting advanced compute and large-scale infrastructure deployments.

This position is designed for experienced technicians who are comfortable owning complex tasks and serving as a primary technical escalation point within the site. You will play a key role during the initial deployment phase, contributing to hardware installation, structured cabling, and infrastructure bring-up. As the data center transitions into steady-state operations, you will take on increased responsibility for troubleshooting, incident response, and operational execution.

You will work across server, network, and infrastructure domains, collaborating closely with engineers and site leadership to maintain uptime and performance. This role requires strong technical capability, attention to detail, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced production environment.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, making clear and professional communication in English (written and verbal) essential for success in this role.

This role offers continuity across both deployment and operational phases, providing exposure to large-scale infrastructure environments and a clear path for progression into advanced technical or engineering roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform rack & stack, hardware installation, and structured cabling during deployment phase

  • Support system provisioning, configuration, and validation activities

  • Troubleshoot infrastructure issues across Layer 1-3 (hardware, cabling, and network)
