About the Role
  • Job Title: Data Center Construction Manager
  • Location:ANNAPOLIS JCT, 20701

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Coordination & Administration:Managing project documentation, supporting MSOW submissions, coordinating procurement tasks, and facilitating internal meetings.
  • Construction Support (Field & Office):Attending site walks, supporting Construction Manager with logistics, and participating in strategic coordination meetings.
  • Reporting & Communication:Preparing project reports, assisting in meeting preparation, and maintaining relationships with stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Strong verbal/written communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time, and collaborate effectively.
  • Foundational knowledge in construction processes, scheduling, cost management, and quality control.
  • Proficiency with tools and PMIS tools.

Desired Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in construction coordination or field engineering.
  • Experience with datacenter or industrial/mission-critical projects.

Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $180,000 - $200,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
