Description:
We are seeking a dynamic, highly motivated, experienced Sales Executive to lead our Enterprise and Data Center sales efforts in the U.S. and Europe.
This position requires a unique blend of successful sales and account management track record with U.S. Enterprise and Hyperscale ecosystem.
This role requires proven experience selling
and developing business within this ecosystem coupled with a combination of strong sales acumen and leadership to drive revenue growth and design wins. The ideal candidate will have a proven successful track record in sales in the NAND storage solutions for Enterprise/Data Center applications with extensive understanding and connections within the ecosystem.
Key responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies - including setting
ambitious revenue targets, pricing strategies and go-to-market plans to
expand market share and achieve revenue targets.
Identify new business opportunities and cultivate strong relationships with key clients and partners. Identify and negotiate partnerships, alliances to expand market reach.
Foster strong, long-term relationships with key customers, understand their needs, align product roadmaps, build close executive relationships, and ensure their satisfaction with our products and services.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to proactively adjust the sales approach and product development strategies.
Qualifications:
Proven track record in sales/business development in the NAND memory and storage
sector - especially in controller and SSD for Enterprise and Data Centers.
Strong understanding of NAND, storage, and semiconductor technology, ecosystem, and trends.
Previous experience in a senior leadership role, with a focus on sales and business
development.
Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Strategic thinker, driven with a results-driven mindset.
Ability to work with marketing, business development, engineering and other sales teams.
Bachelor's / Master's degree in business, engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
10+ years of Sales Management experience.
