Michigan Broadband Services, a leading provider of high-speed communications solutions, is seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to support growth throughout the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. This role focuses on promoting fiber internet, hosted voice, and streaming TV services through in-person customer engagement.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Proactively engage prospective clients to promote internet and related services
  • Generate and follow up on leads through cold calls, networking, and referrals
  • Assess corporate client needs and recommend tailored, cost-effective solutions
  • Accurately complete all required documentation, including sales agreements and contracts
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance goals
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships before and after the sale
  • Process sales orders and ensure timely service activation

Qualifications
