Responsibilities
  • 7+ Years experience as business system analyst
  • Business system analyst experience in CRM/ERP applications in multiple application environment is Required
  • BSA experience/knowledge of Order fullfillment systems in telecom or data center industry is preferred.
  • BSA experience in Siebel Quote orders, work orders, activities, trouble ticket, assets experience is highly preferred
  • BSA experience in Quote to cash with a focus on order fullfillment, install base, field service, service contracts, supply chain in Oralce EBS may also be considered
